What RELICZ does
RELICZ is a discovery and listing service. Community listings link to a seller’s existing eBay, Trade Me or approved social-sale item. The sale, bidding, payment and fulfilment take place through that seller and platform. RELICZ does not operate those auctions, hold buyer funds, provide escrow or guarantee a transaction.
Items marked “RELICZ collection” are offered by RELICZ itself through the RELICZ checkout or an agreed payment process. Community listing rules do not replace the applicable terms of a direct RELICZ sale.
Who can submit
You must be 18 or older, based in New Zealand or Australia, and own the card or have authority to sell it. Identify whether you are selling privately or in business. Use a contact email you control and your genuine public seller name.
Listing accurately
- Submit a link to the exact item, with the correct currency, price, condition, grading claims and delivery information.
- Use actual front and back photos that you own or have permission to publish. Describe flaws, alterations and damage honestly.
- Do not submit counterfeit or stolen goods, deceptive listings, unauthorised images, personal information about others, raffles, mystery sales or paid entry breaks.
- Do not use RELICZ to bypass the purchase platform’s payment or selling rules.
- Tell us promptly when the item sells, the link changes or the listing becomes inaccurate.
Review and display
Submissions remain private until reviewed. We may decline or remove listings for inaccuracy, suspected fraud, policy breaches or loss of availability. Content review is not physical authentication of cards or identity verification of sellers.
Approved fixed-price listings expire after 14 days. Auctions stop displaying at their submitted closing time, which may differ from a later change on the original platform. Buyers must confirm all current details there.
Photos and listing content
You give RELICZ a non-exclusive permission to host and display your submitted listing details and photos to operate this service while the listing is displayed. You retain ownership. Separate permission will be requested for uses beyond operating and promoting the submitted listing.
Fees
Community submissions are free during the launch period. The selling platform’s own fees still apply. Any future RELICZ listing or promotion fee will be shown and agreed before it is charged; no fee is applied retrospectively.
Problems and rights
Report concerns through our contact page with the listing reference. For purchase problems, contact the seller and the platform where you paid, within its applicable timeframes. RELICZ can review or remove its listing but does not promise a refund for another seller’s transaction.
Nothing here excludes or limits rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. Privacy information is set out separately.

Contact RELICZ for listing assistance, complaints or removal requests. The final legal operator name, business details and support contact must be confirmed before public launch.
