Privacy at RELICZ.
Information you provide
A submission includes a public seller name, contact email, seller type, country and region, card information, photos and your sale link. We use it to review, display and administer your listing and respond to support requests. Your email and private review notes are not included in the public listing.
What appears publicly
After approval, the card details, photos, public seller name, seller type, country and region, postage details and sale link may be viewed by anyone. Do not upload personal documents, home addresses or photos containing sensitive information. A public listing can be copied or shared by visitors.
Technical information
Hosting services process technical requests and logs to deliver and secure the website. We use a daily hash of request IP information and submitted email addresses to limit spam; the rate-limit table does not store the original IP address. Expired counters are cleaned up during later submissions.
The owner dashboard uses ChatGPT sign-in. Public browsing and seller submissions do not require a RELICZ account once the site is public. This version does not add advertising trackers, a marketing mailing list or automatic promotional emails.
Service providers and overseas processing
The site uses OpenAI Sites hosting and its Cloudflare-backed storage. Data may be processed outside your country. Before launch, the operator must confirm provider arrangements, processing locations and the safeguards required for the planned operation.
Retention and requests
Expiring a listing stops public display; it does not automatically delete the submission. RELICZ can delete the stored listing and request deletion of its photos through its owner dashboard. A minimal moderation audit record is retained. The final retention schedule and process for provider logs and backups must be confirmed before public launch.
You can request access, correction or deletion by contacting RELICZ with your submission reference and contact email. We may ask for information to confirm that the request is yours, and will explain any lawful reason we need to retain particular records.
External sites
When you follow an eBay, Trade Me or social-media link, that service handles your activity under its own privacy terms. We do not receive your community-purchase card details or process its checkout.
